Monument was formed in 1991 as an independent institutional and corporate broker.

Monument’s principal customer base consists of institutions, fund managers, market professionals, corporates and hedge funds. Our primary areas of expertise are equity markets and fixed income markets both physical and derivatives thereof.

In 2006 the company became part of the Insinger de Beaufort group of companies. However after two successful years with Insinger in 2008 Monument again reverted to being an independent company and now has a close association with Oakley Capital Private Equity.
